According to the Bylaws of the Bucks County Association of REALTORS®, the Screening Committee shall nominate a minimum of one (1) candidate for each position to be filled on the Board of Directors.
For the election year 2008, there are three (3) director positions to fill and the following four names have met the criteria and have been placed on the ballot: Melanie Banks, Laurence Elliott, Myra Savich, and Janet Tarity.
Any REALTOR® Member may nominate one or more candidate in addition to the above. In order to be valid, any nomination must be in writing (which shall include, but not be limited to, facsimiles and electronic mail) and signed by the nominator, accompanied by a written consent to serve signed by the nominee and received no later than September 1 of the election year (2008).
