Community Service Projects

Make an impact on the community around you...

We pride ourselves on the fact that our REALTOR® and Affiliate Members truly make an impact on the community around us. We have several continuous programs that we support throughout the year.

  • Bucks County Housing Group - This agency focuses in on moving homeless families into permanent housing by providing social services and affordable housing. We participate by buying toys, food and gifts for our adopted family. www.bchg.org.

  • Habitat for Humanity - This is our newest charitable organization and our current membership has already opened its heart to this project. We are currently working towards funding and physically erecting a $100,000 home in Buck County for a very needy family. www.habitatbucks.com.

  • American Red Cross Shelter -

The American Red Cross Lower Bucks County Chapter’s EmergencyHomeless Shelter (located in Levittown, PA) wants to give homeless people a safe place to turn. The shelter provides 85 men, women and children with housing and food, so they can achieve stabilization and self-sufficiency. To be admitted into the facility, people need valid picture identification, and they cannot have a history of violence, sexual offenses, destruction of Red Cross property, drugs or have a second alcohol violation at the shelter. Half of the shelter’s population are children. The shelter also provides a play area for children that is a colorful and inviting facility kids can release some of the burden of homelessness. The American Red Cross Homeless Shelter provides three meals a day, a cot, linens, shower facilities, personal hygiene supplies, and intensive case management services to individuals residing in the shelter. All residents are at or below the federal poverty guidelines. http://www.redcrosslbcc.org/shelter.html
