RPAC
The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) is a standing committee of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® involved in providing funding for political candidates at the national, state and local levels.
The goal of RPAC is to establish the real estate industry as a concerned and involved constituency that provides active support to political candidates who recognize the needs of REALTORSR and property owners.
RPAC is non-partisan in its selection of candidates. The program and platform of each individual candidate, rather than a party label, determines whom RPAC supports.
Contributions may be made to RPAC Online or by mailing a check, payable to "RPAC" and mail it to BCAR, 1452 Old York Rd, Warminster, PA 18974.
"Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount suggested is merely a guideline and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state PAC reaches its RPAC goal 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates."

What are Designations?
REALTOR® Family Designation Programs
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has nine affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils that provide a wide-ranging menu of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, productivity and knowledge. Designations acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by each Affiliated group upon completion of required courses. In addition, NAR offers five certification programs to its members. How do I go about earning designations?
We, at Bucks County Association of REALTORS®, have a partnership with PAR and their REALTOR® Institute. We work to bring our members, a variety of designation courses. Perhaps you want to specialize in a specific area of real estate, or work towards earning your brokers license. Research shows that by obtaining designations REALTORS® can maximize their earning potential!
Be sure and check out our Calendar for upcoming GRI courses being offered here at BCAR headquarters. If you don't find the course you are interested in offered here, you can check out PAR's statewide education calendar or NAR's designation information on the NAR web site Designation page
