What is Key Reciprocity?
Bucks County Association of REALTORS®, in agreement with Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS® and Mercer County Association of REALTORS®, have a co-op agreement to allow members in good standing with BCAR to have access to their Supra Lockboxes.
If you want to show a property in one of these counties you'll need to...
- Download SupraReciprocityco-oprequestform
- Fill it out and fax to the appropriate Association.
Then once they receive the information and put it into their system your key will automatically update that night for all the counties you have chosen!
