TriState REALTORS® Commercial Alliance
TriState History
In 1992, a group of 15 Commercial and Industrial REALTORS® met to discuss the unique needs of the Commercial and Industrial specialists within the real estate community. Real Estate professionals specializing in the Commercial and Industrial markets who wanted to hold the REALTOR® designation were required to join the Board of REALTORS® in the area that serviced their office location. Since the majority of the local boards' members concentrated on residential real estate, most of the REALTOR® programs were targeted for the residential real estate professional. The needs of the Commercial and Industrial specialists were not addressed except where they coincided with their residential colleagues. The founding group of Commercial and Industrial REALTORS® decided to form a board dedicated to their needs and concerns. |
